The Service team at BMW of Champaign is the best. I drive my car in on limp mode. When I drove it was working tip top again. The Lead tech Derek Dietrich took time explain to what and why my car needed the service I received. Both Tod Knipfer and Justin Fancher also made sure I was happy with the service on my vehicle. I have been loyal to the Service team at BMW of Champaign since my first BMW I own in 2004. Just when I think they could not get any better they exceed my expectations. Because of this team I now own 3 BMW's. They are the reason for we have own a total of 8 BMW's. My hats of to this team!
