Although I did not mind the workout and did see results, the organization of the stafff is pathetic. First, I showed up and there was no one else there but myself, we did not do the fitness test, then the instructor cancelled and told me to come to the alternate days/times. Which i was unable to do considering my schedule. I also ordered some products (yoga matt, trail mix, blender bottle) and still have not received them yet my credit card was charged. I have called and emailed.... it is pretty awful if you ever have to get intouch with anyone. Cutomer service is clearly not a priority
