I've tried several nail salons in South Charlotte & gone to this one about 5 times in a row & each time got a different tech, hoping that 1 of the nail techs would do a great job because their color selection is the best! Unfortunately only 1 tech, the only guy there, gets the cuticle clean-up & paint job done perfectly. Everyone is very friendly, but 1 tech paints layers so thick that each nail was messed up only after 1 hour of getting them done. Another made my cuticles look worse, not better, & painted past the nail into the cuticle on some nails. Another tech, the most friendly, massaged my hands so hard that I had visible bruises afterwards.
