I'll update this after my son has his wisdom teeth removed but I took my 8-year-old daughter here for oral surgery because she had too many adult teeth clustered together and stuck up in her gum line. First of all, Dr. Shah was GREAT with my scared little girl. He explained everything to me but then turned to her and explained things in simpler terms and brought things up that she might be scared about. Second of all, my insurance company was giving us the runaround and so Dr. Shah's staff took the time to call while I was standing there so that I could pop on the line with the insurance company too. We got everything figured out and maximized insurance coverage by making sure we staged each part of the dental care appropriately (something I never would have thought of but which Dr. Shah's staff made sure to consider - saving me 100s of dollars). Most importantly the surgery was successful with clear after-care instructions and a call from Dr. Shah's office to make sure my daughter was okay.
