This company is the way to go for offsite estate auctions, where you can go and view your items and the items are being sold directly from the home. HOWEVER my luck has NOT been so good when purchasing items that are stored in the warehouse. They are often mislabeled, and not varified when you go to pick them up. It's very upsetting to walk in thinking you got a great deal on a highly desired piece of furniture and being immediately disappointed when told that they don't have your items. After wasting my gas and time I highly doubt I'll be using this company in the future. Very disappointed
