Even though it might take forever to get Wheelchairs it's mostly not their fault more because of insurance processing claims and how long it takes to cover a wheelchair these chairs are mostly priced 2000 and above. Although it could be super frustrating waiting for chair it's also an Incredibles place that can offer different adjustments and modifications to everybody's needs.. we have waited a while to get our daughters wheelchair when we started with numotion but once we did they were very helpful and accommodating and and got her the right Chair and Equipment that she needed and after time has passed and needed adjustment. Dave has always been Top Notch as far as customer service goes and very patient to disability this review is mostly based towards his customer service and how caring and genuine one human can be towards someone who does have disabilities David we thank you from the bottom of our heart for all that you have done for our family and for my daughter thank you for your patience and her support.
