My initial service provider was Mike G. I did not like his demeanor at all. He acted like a jock in high school, that never grew up, interrupting me and dismissing my concerns. However, when I needed another service, I spoke with Blair. I asked him to be my provider, and he took care of all my needs professionally and accurately. My car drives like new, and he was able to take care of all my charges through my warranty. I couldn't be happier!
