I love the service I get in the service department, the service manager always takes the time to make sure my service is done right and my advisor is responsive and friendly. This is my only option in Las Vegas for dealer service on my new Volvo S60 but they still manage to not act like a monopoly. The sales department for used cars is something else, I had a great experience when purchasing new however.
