We've been to Tom Nails quite a few times and are normally very pleased with the overall service and quality. Despite the very strong chemical smell, our nails usually look great and for a very reasonable price.
Yesterday, however, was not the case. My mom made a mani-pedi appointment for myself, my grandmother, and her for 6. We arrived a few minutes before 6 and waited until 6:45 to start to leave - we were tired of waiting. As we began to leave THEN we were paid attention to and seated. I was done by 7:30, at which point they still hadn't even started my mom. She wasn't done until 8:15. After 2+ hours at the nail salon, each of us left far less than pleased with the quality of our nails for people who aren't particularly picky. They were sloppy. Despite being customers for some time, we will probably not be back.
