I began my project with ANOTHER company and wasted two months with someone not listening to my budget or communicating timely. I searched outside of our builder recommendation for a better experience and comparison. I searched for hours online for the best company to call as I had already lost so much time with another and did not want to be disappointed again. After calling Creative Paradise I met with a designer, Miguel. He was a breath of fresh air. Miguel listened to every detail of my project request and budget, he was patient and very professional. I did not have to wait for weeks to hear from him. His communication and design was excellent and on target. He met all of my requests within my budget and we were soon on the installation schedule. Once the project started the customer service attention and communication experience continued with Lance and Shane. They provided a talented and hardworking crew and were onsite daily to make sure every details was perfect! I am so impressed with this company and the final result of our backyard. We went from all dirt to a picture perfect living space, at a very fair price.
