I've now been here two more times since my initial review and I don't hesitate to bump Prosecco up to the big 5*. The food I've tried is an easy 4-4.5*, and rounding up is a no-brainer given their solid wine list, availability of daily specials, and that they are open not just for lunch but all day as well. On my last visit, my party did mostly specials - the octopus appetizer special was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked with lovely texture. We also split up a salmon fettuccine in vodka sauce, which was divine. I opted for the sea bass special which was also very well cooked, and a friend did the osso bucco over risotto. After I tried some, I had some regrets about not getting it! Don't skip dessert either. I'm not a huge fan of the cannoli here but the prosecco-infused custard is to die for. I also enjoyed the small bit of tiramisu I managed to steal from another friend's plate. All in all, super lucky to have another quality Italian option on this side of town.
