My bro and I are rebuilding a dirtbike and our experience with their parts dept has been a nightmare.
We ordered parts from them to do the work ourselves. They ordered the wrong parts from the factory / supplier (more than once!) and we were charged restocking fees for their mistakes. WTF is that all about, how is it my fault they ordered the wrong parts???
I'm regularly left on hold for very long periods. On one occasion I was on hold for over an hour and was then told the parts department was now closed.
Another time, received a call from them telling us our parts had arrived but when we got there, it was only half the order.
Management is completely unreasonable, they don't value us as costumers or our time. I will never go back and would never recommend them to someone else.
