I purchased my first West Elm piece of furniture for my new home on 9/6/15 at this store. It was a couch and chaise. Since I wanted a specific color, I had to do a custom order which takes much longer than usual (I completely understand). Couch and chaise come in mid November but were in two different colors! It is now the end of March 2016 and I still have not received my corrected couch. My couch has been sitting at their warehouse since mid February since it seems they only deliver within my area once every two weeks and both times they call to schedule, I'm out of town. I didn't think buying furniture would be so difficult...
On the brighter note, the manager and associate that helped in ordering the couch at the store were very nice and they let me keep the mismatch couch until the corrected one arrives.
