First and foremost, this place is freezing! All the time! For months! Mid 60s. The people behind the register try to give a pathetic reason like one of the AC units is down so they have to crank up the air to keep the kitchen staff comfortable. Nonsense, because they've been giving this sorry excuse for a long time. Everyone is complaining - people sitting around shivering - even the young folks sitting outside say it's too cold. And the managers/owners seem like they couldn't care less about all their customers' comfort. Food quality has dropped as well. Not consistent at all. See ya.
