Fantastic cakes. Two years running, I've asked for special sheet cake designs for special birthday events. Ilena, in the bakery part of this Alberstons, was so helpful. Both times she looked at pictures I provided, and then she combined them as I asked, but her design was so much better than I'd even imagined. And the manager, I think named Cindy, was super helpful in special arrangements. Then the cake itself is perfect. I always get buttercream frosting, white cake, raspberry filling. I take it to a senior place and it literally disappears in two minutes; they love it. I'd include a picture but don't see how to do it on YELP. Anyway, thank you Ilena and Cindy.
