If you're looking for speedy service, you're not going to find it here.
Ordered two hot sandwiches. One on cheesy jalapeño and one panini style.
We got there before the line was out the door but that doesn't say a whole lot because there were only a few people ahead of us and it took us about 15 minutes to be able to order and pay.
The 2 stars:
1st star- one of the guys making the sandwiches noticed I had been waiting a while, so he asked about my order and found they totally skipped it. So he started working on it right away. Normally I'd give that more credit but he got the order wrong. You pay extra if you order a "gourmet" bagel. Got charged for it but he made the breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. Not what we ordered or paid for.
2nd star- despite the service being slower than a snail and the staff unable to get the order correct, the food was ok.
Would I come here again? Not sure but it wouldn't be my first choice.
