Second worst Starbucks in my stretch of the desert. When they first opened, they were super. My drinks taste terrible lately. I ask for a certain drink, they tell me yes, I get it and it is awful...not what I ordered. They give you what they want. They are always out of toppings. This seasonal drink business is getting old and pricey. They cannot even stock chocolate sprinkles because "they are seasonal", ridiculous! I recently took a horrible drink made at 39th ave &pinnacle Pk. rd. to this store for a re-make. It was worse. I then changed to a quad expresso over ice and they owed me a few bucks back. Martin the store mgr. said he couldn't do that. He would give me a free drink next time. NEXT TIME? I called the district mgr. in the parking lot and she had to call martin while I waited 30 minutes for a refund!!!! Keep it up. The worse you are the more money and calories I save by not paying for this lousy addiction. 90.00 a month can be used elsewhere :)
