Front office staff was very disorganized. I stood in line waiting while one of them learned the computer. I thought "no big deal, she is training". Then 40 min after my scheduled appnt my time I get called back. They usher me in a room to do a blood flow test- but failed to tell me that- because now this MA is training. I asked her what is was for, " oh sorry should have explained that". She didn't know what she was doing either. Now I've been sitting in the room for 20min, I hear a women going on and on about work performance issues with another employee.
The staff was apologetic/ but seriously- who runs this office- they need to be fired!
