This place is right next to my house and, given the great reviews, I decided to take my car here for an oil change. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby, not even an employee, so I sat and waited. After a couple of minutes the guy helped me and told me it'd be about an hour until my car was finished. It was nice outside, so I told him that was fine and I'd take a walk to the park across the street. I stayed at the park for a while, not in any rush to get back since my car wouldn't be done for an hour anyway. I got back to Xpress Automotive two hours after I dropped my car off; one hour after the estimated time that my car should have been finished. Again, the lobby was empty. I saw the employees smoking cigarettes in the garage on the security camera in the lobby, so I opened the door and asked if they could come help me. The same guy comes back and tells me "It'll just be a couple more minutes." I watch on the security camera as they pull my car around and do the oil change RIGHT THERE IN 10 MINUTES. What the hell they were doing for the other two hours--I have no idea. They definitely weren't working when I showed up. I was happy to leave, until I saw they never turned off the "Maintenance Required" light and had to turn right back around to get that taken care of. The next day I tried to open my trunk and learned they'd turned on the valet lock from my glovebox and never disabled it.. so that was great. I'm starting to think the only good reviews on here are from friends and family, because this place sucks.
