Pretty disappointed with my experience lately. Bought a shirt recently that I loved and realized there was a hole in it, I brought it back to try and exchange it for one that was in better condition, grabbed it off the rack and when they took the sensor off... That one had a hole too! Grabbed another one which also had a hole. Then one of the really nice associates tried to help me out and found more, I think she grabbed every single one in the store, unfortunately every single one had a hole because of where the sensor was placed.. I still really wanted the shirt so I asked if they give discounts for damaged items and they said yes just ask them in the front. So I went up there and told them the issue and "the most they can do is give me 10% off and then it's final sale" like really??? Every single shirt has a hole in it and I can have $1.60 off of the shirt. I just decided on returning it for store credit.. Which I didn't care much for after that, all I wanted was an item that wasn't damaged. It's unfortunate all they will give customers is 10% for an item their employees messed up when putting sensors on them.
