Run far away. This place is a joke. The doctors are great but the front desk and staff are awful. I came in for a consultation and it was good service. Had a mole get analyzed for cancer. They called me back two weeks later and said it was best to get it removed and scheduled an appointment a week later. Called the day before and rescheduled because my insurance didn't authorize yet. Called back a week later with the same excuse only this time they said they will expedite a request trough tricare. And call back when it approved. Hopefully a few days. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER. I call to ask what happened and they said they still haven't heard from tricare. I called my insurance company and within five minutes had an answer. They never sent it to tricare, the lady at my insurance office was so nice she even checked to see if was sent to a different office and couldn't find a thing. After I called the doctors and told them that I got a hold of my insurance company and for answers they " finally got authorization". Now the big day of my visit to get my mole removed I had to wait an hour and a half for them to tell me they called me by mistake. No need to get it removed. SERIOUSLY!?! Now rewind back a few months prior. Had a different mole looked at and the sample got destroyed or damaged and had to be redone. Lol. Should have taken that as a sign. What a joke.
