The one star above isn't even deserved, but I can't give 0. Walked into this place looking to have the electrical on my hitch modified, to be able to connect to my new camper. The only person there at that moment was the installer, who really shouldn't be aloud to provide customer service of any sort, because he doesn't know how to do so. He watched me stand there for about a minute before he stopped doing what he was doing to acknowledge me. Then once I told him what i was looking for, he immediately began trying to talk me out of it, because, as he said, "it was a pain in his ass to do". After a painstaking 5 minutes of dealing with this guy, he managed to muster up a quote for me. The quote was fine, then came time to schedule an appointment, which like the rest of my interaction, was awful. I was about to schedule with him, then decided that this place didn't deserve 1 penny of mine, so it told the jerk that I'd take my business elsewhere, because he apparently didn't want my business, and he replied, "no, no i don't want it". WHAT! What kind of business is this? I called the customer service line and was given the managers name and phone number. So I called the manager, and he obviously didn't care what at all about what had happened. He barely said a word and not once did he offer an apology for the unacceptable service I was given by his employee. All he said was that He don't know anything until he talked to the employee. I was telling him what happened! I eventually just hung up on him because it was apparent, as a whole, what sort of customer service this place offers. This is not a knock on other uhaul locations, where I have received excellent service, this is just the glenshaw location.
