This is a classic case of a business that has become "too big for its britches". Have been a customer here for years. Was always very pleased. Then, this year, the problems started...poor customer service from the beginning of an issue regarding a car that would not start. Took several DAYS to fix! Owner apologized, but, they replaced the same part that was previously replaced a couple of years ago...with instructions to replace the catalytic converter. This was just replaced almost a year ago (by them). "It will be warranty work" they offered. Made the appointment to get it replaced, taking off work...they did not get the part! The mechanic felt bad & said that he would install it on a Saturday to make up for the trouble. Almost 3 weeks later, they announce that the part was in, however, they now only work M-F 9-5:30, no weekends. Now, we are stuck. Engine light is on, License plates need to be renewed, cannot because we cannot get an inspection. Both myself & my son work regular business hours & cannot get the vehicle there during the same hours. Obviously, their business is so good that they can chase away long time customers. Bye-bye!!
