Terrible mgmt and customer service for years now!!
Talking among themselves with meaningless conversation "when they have to go to the bathroom" for example in front of customers.
Asst mgr walked out of the store on my requests she could not deal with. Mega bitch and mgr leaves for vacation and couldn't even call beforehand to let me know my request was in.
Pls change mgmt because location is convenient.
