I miss the pirate show but the hotel is a great one to stay at on the strip. Really inviting pool area surrounded by lovely palm trees. Perfect sunning spot on a cold day indoors attending meetings.
I like the little shops for last minute needs or souvenirs. The Cafe is a great spot for a quick morning bite, though the service is a little lengthy rather than prompt.
The standard king size room is very comfortable and modern. The bed is very comfortable. The restroom is simple but well appointed, though the shower temperature varied during each use.
If you want to check-in prior to the 3 pm time, you can but at a fee of around $30. If you want the resort fee package at around $29-$30 you'll get free wifi and passes to take advantage of 2x1 meals and gym passes.
The staff is all amazing, super nice and courteous. I felt very welcome during my two-day stay.
