Horrible. Dirty spots and smudges on outside. None of the floor mats were put back into place. Spent 20 min re vacuuming the interior when I got home. Tire shine stuff was applied unevenly. Didn't put any air freshener in. Smudges on the dash after they dusted it. Can't say they did a single thing properly. When I had a wax done on a previous visit there were some white waxy spots left over. Poor effort all around. Won't be going back, they won't get a third chance.
