Ever been to a Thai place with a sommelier? Neither have I. I knew I had to check this one out. Chada is located off the beaten path, tucked away in a nondescript strip mall. The outside is unassuming and rather bland. The dishes however, are a stark contrast. We told the waitress to surprise us. Every dish that came out was colorful. Some were old traditional dishes, and some were more innovative. The execution on both were terrific. Not to mention, we followed up with some terrific wine on their extensive wine menu. This place is cool. I give them props; they are doing something different here and the service and overall experience was great.
