My friend told me this Chatime Always had huge line up. She recommended me here to try their roasted milk tea with grass jelly. In beginning I was thinking how good can a bubble tea be base on what I normally get in pacific mall. However i was amazed by the flavour. And we can adjust the sugar and ice level which i tried 30% sugar with less ice .!the sweetness was perfect balance with the tea, and the roasted flavour was so unique; never try this at any other place.
Yesterday, We been there at around 21:30 there is a huge line up, we line up for about 15 min until it finally get to us. Another things that surprised me was that how fast their serving speed is, the moment we finish cash out, they already have our drink ready!!! Wouldn't said they have the best customer service; cashier was quick and accurate, she didn't heard me talking in beginning maybe due to the noisy machine operating inside, but base on how fast they serve and still maintain the quality of the drink. I gave them a 5 star! Definitely coming back to try more drink in future. :)
