The dress I purchased was beautiful (although I found it at another store later for a less expensive price). The manager bad mouthed the other local store saying it was illegal to give it to me at that price so it scared me into purchasing the dress from her store. I got a big run around about ordering the dress (first they told me they could get it, so I paid for it in full, then called later that night and said they couldn't get it, so obviously I was distraught. I was the one who called back many times asking the manager to get in touch with the company, and viola the dress was miraculously available). They worked with me to put custom sleeves on my dress (although it took many tries to get it right and I was insulted in the process). It was only after my fiancé went in to talk with them that they shaped up and started taking care of me, but by then I felt so uncomfortable my experience couldn't be remedied. In the end it was a very beautiful dress, that I picked out, I decided on the sleeves and was my style. I didn't have a very good experience there overall, and I feel it was for their lack of communication and customer service and for that they loose 2 stars.
