Person working here was a scam artist, must get commissions on up grades. prepaid for a large SUV because there were six of us. The customer rep said our luggage wouldn't fit so suggested a larger GMC Yukon. Said it normally rents for $150 per day but I could get it for $50. Sounded great so we took the Yukon. Noticed later that my original charge and the Yukon charge were still on my visa. I called in and was apologized to and the original would be credited. Next month no credit. Called back and was told the refund was canceled because I agreed to an upgrade. ended up paying over $200 per day for a rental I was made to believe was a deal at $50. Never again
