We had a very humiliating and awful experience at this DMV today for my daughters moving test to obtain her driver's license. Her instructor for the moving test spoke so quickly and with a very thick accent that she as hard to understand. Plus, against policy she chewed and smacked gum so loudly that she was again hard to understand. She did not drive with my daughter at all and failed her purposefully before my daughter even before she tried to start her 3 point turn by refusing to give a "verbal recognition" as she cued my daughter that she said that she would give before she could move to the next task.. Luckily we called a supervistor and the incidence was all video tapped. The supervisor assured us that she would be repremanded for her actions and possible additional actions taken.
We were so upset by this unfair treatment that we will be filing a formal complaint against the facility.
