I went here for the first time today and was very unsatisfied with my service. To start off, there was no pricing anywhere up front. I went in for a acrylic fill that ended up costing $40, more then I have ever paid before to get a fill with no embellishments. The lady was trying to go fast and kept hitting my cuticles with the drill. I told her a few times. By my 6th finger she did this to, I was about to get up and go. I told her to be careful, oh sorry was her response. I love getting pointed nails and came in with them. I wanted them shortened a little bit, since my nails grew since the last time I had them done, go figure. I had her go back to file one side for one full hand and 2 on the other hand because the were lopsided. Then when putting on my gel nail polish, my party nail I wanted it to be a glitter polish. Come to find out that polish was thickened probably from being old. I asked to then take it off, and she wanted to charge me extra for that. I said no, and then she try to convince me to do another layer, so we did that. And now it really looks bad. I will not be returning there.
