I recently visited this non profit bike shop for the second time and it was a horrible experience again! I went in with 2 bikes thinking that I could use parts off of one to update the other. I was the only person there and not only did I get no help, I got ripped off. My one bike simply needed a shifter, a repair that should take no more than 30 minutes. I was there for 2 hours and left without it being fixed. My second bike only needed a rear derailleur hanger bolt. Instead of helping me, Mr. know it all Alex stripped my one bike to steal the parts and couldn't even help me find a screw for the shifter I was trying to replace. I got so mad that I returned the next day to get the bike they pillaged back and to speak with the owner Patrick. He called me a liar. This place is the absolute worst! If you need to fix your own bike, look on Youtube to find out how and if you need a used part you can go here as a last resort and maybe find what you need but don't expect any help. I had 2 very nice bikes that were stolen and didn't have the money to buy another one right now so I wanted to fix my old bike from 1990 until I could buy another better one. I hate this place and I will never return!
