The ONLY brownie points this place has is that it operates 24/7, so it is really good for those who really need to see a doctor but don't want to rack up the crazy ER bills. However, the wait for this place is ridiculous. I've been here both during the day and during the evening (around midnight) but there was still a significant wait. I had to wait approximately one hour or more when I went around midnight and there was no one in the waiting room. I remember waiting 2+ hours when I went during the day with my mom before I had a PCP. I was wrongly diagnosed by my urgent care doctor. I've had strep throat multiple times and I *knew* what I had wasn't it, but the nurse did the test anyway only to tell me what I knew -- that it wasn't strep. The actual doctor came in later and took a look at me for a quick minute. He told me something something was infected, prescribed me something, and that was it. The entire interaction with the urgent care doctor was approximately two minutes or less. A very LONG wait for such a SHORT examination. I had to pay my PCP a visit days later because I wasn't getting any better... and if anything, I was getting worse. I received a different diagnosis with my PCP and the medication worked within a day. I wouldn't recommend this place if you can wait. Ironic as it sounds, these "urgent" care doctors -- in this location at least -- seem to have no sense of urgency and do not care about their patients. I only went because it seemed like an emergency.
