I had had ok experience ls here in the past so there are a few very helpful reps on the floor. But this last time was indicative of how a lot of customers feel including myself. You get a greeting at the door but that's when the customer service stops. I was looking for a power pack for my portable devices and after looking around for a minute a rep pointed me in the right direction. It gets worse. Spoke to one rep that stated he was helping another customer but would find someone to help me. Ok, I can live with that. 5 min later no one has come by. Spoke to another rep on the floor and he stated he didn't have the keys but would get someone to help me. Ok, I understand. It happens. 5 min later no one in site. Well, I guess I should not say no one. Reps were passing me by and reps were standing around. Fed up, spoke to the manager and got assistance right away. Was checked out right away by another sales rep. That made it up a bit. This is not the way a business should be handling assistance needed by the customer. I hope the manager is able to convey this to his sales reps and other customers will receive quicker assistance than I did.
