Most definitely always a good time from the couple times I have been. While the food I have tried from them isn't the best, it's pretty dirt cheap and the portion size is good. The baja fish taco were pretty tasty, along with the price and it is one of the better dishes that I have gotten from them. Definitely suggest sitting at the bar since it allows you to get out of the line quick and the bartenders are pretty nice. I also appreciate the fact that they have a hook underneath the bar which allow you to hang your bag and jacket if you want to.
Not sure about the waiting time since there are sometimes pretty long lines to get in, it depends on if you are willing to sit at the bar.
