I like sweat. I think it's the 2nd best cycling gym in the area. I love how they post your stats, but not all the time. They do a little arm session with hand weights. I like that but some of the instructors do a bit too many arm activities during the class. Like it just becomes hard to follow because I am not that coordinated. I like the music and the room and that they give you the shoes.
