I never write reviews, but dealing with this company was a horrible experience. I had cracked my iPhone screen and looked for alternatives to get it repaired. Reading the reviews of this company, it seemed like people were pretty satisfied with them so I decided to book an appointment to have the phone fixed at my office. Booked the appointment and 2 hours before the technician was suppose to come out they called and said they didn't have the part so they rescheduled for 2/12. The day came and the appointment time passed so I called and they told me they didn't have a technician scheduled but they would look to see if there was one available. A couple hours later they called back and said they can reschedule for the 13th - I agreed. Again, the time passed and no word from them, so I called and they told me the same thing as before - that no technician is scheduled but they would reschedule. Right now this is three missed appointments in less than a week due to this company with no logical reason behind it. I'm sure the service is fine - perhaps there is a logistical, communication or supply issue they are facing, but at this point, it's pretty ridiculous that dealing with this company is that bad. It's now more convenient for me to book an appointment with Apple and wait a week and pay full price for the repair than it is to deal with this company. *Update* Was contacted from the company and they had explained the issue in detail, which was out of their control and apologized for not having explained that in the previous calls I had with them as well as the confusion. They offered a repair solution which was very unexpected. Very happy with the resolution and very much appreciated the phone call to resolve the situation.
