No. No no no. I am so disappointed!! I don't know what I'm more disappointed with! The service- 15min waiting to be acknowledged after we sat down... Or the fact that my jambalaya tasted like someone poured an entire bottle of tabasco in the sauce!! I love spicy food... But give me a break!! I was expecting Cajun seasonings. The smell of the sauce literally was burning the inside of my nose. 4 bites in and I thought I was gonna be sick. I pushed my food away because the smell of vinegar was too much.
When our server finally decided to take out plates away, he noticed that I barely touched my food. I proceeded to tell him that the smell and taste of Tabasco was just way too much and really gross and make me sick to my stomach. His only response to me was "maybe you would like to order some desserts to get the taste out of your mouth" ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! No apology.. No getting the manager. I tried to wave a manager down, but I was ignored.
Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. If you value your precious daily calorie intake.. Go to shake shack
