I had been going to this practice for along time until my doctor retired. Then I didn't go again until I was referred to Dr. Christina Reuss. I have been going to her for last 4 years. I thought the world of her and referred her to everyone I knew. Until this last fall she was wonderful but now she has shown her dark side. The side where she doesn't truly care about her patients. After my yearly I realized I forgot to tell her my shoulder hurts from the crestor she had me on. Though emails after my lab work came in she decided to change my prescription and "give my shoulder a rest". A guy from her office called and left a message he was ordering the new drug. When the drug came it was Crestor not the new drug. A $50 mistake on their part. So I sent an email saying since I can't return their mistake I would like to compensated. I get an email back that says sorry for the inconvenience it was my pharmacy's fault. I check and the new drug was still not ordered - knowing this was not my pharmacy's fault I email again asking to speak to a supervisor. What I got back was a scathing email from Dr Reuss basically firing me as a patient and saying she was not reimbursing me for the wrong drug. Firing me for what?? questioning getting the wrong drug? (I still to this day never got the new drug) Are you kidding? No phone call-no supervisor- no call from Reuss- just an nasty email that started with "Listen". Shame on you Dr Reuss - you lost your biggest cheerleader! And I am glad to see your dark side before I needed you to operate on me.
