I've had chase for 5 or 6 years and never really had to speak to anyone regarding any issues or questions. The one time I needed info of previous transactions they didn't even take my card info or my name they just said they weren't able to provide what i was requesting. I ended up going to the chase on Rainbow and even though they were slammed they stilled understood what i was trying to accomplish and also provided a business card if I had any troubles in the future. All i needed was a screen shot so simple.
