Eat at Joe's is probably the least expensive breakfast spot I can think of. Usually this results in trade-offs. Not here. This place screams of value.
A plate of two eggs, crispy hash browns, a side of breakfast meat, toast, english muffin or bagel is still under $4. Service is quick, friendly and attentive. You'll never see the bottom of your coffee mug here, which is a good thing.
