Meh! Decided to check out this new location to see if it's any good.
First impression sucked w the staff. A friend had gotten a table first and my bf and I came in a couple minutes later. Waitress asked if we were ready and I said not yet. She said she'd be back but never came back. Had to try and flag someone down after 20minutes. It's like we were invisible in the area they sat us at which is once you enter the restaurant, all the way to the right in the corner. I'm not sure how many times I've waved my hand and the waitress just doesn't pass our table or just doesn't look over.
Food was not that great. Rice had a strong vinegar taste to it, I think they went vinegar happy or something. The amount of rice in a hand roll was just absolutely ridiculous. There was so much rice, the roll became unenjoyable. We literally ate just the section w the fish/veggies along w some rice and there was still a good chunk of it left. The miso soup was sooooo salty.
A few of our orders never made it to the table even though we mentioned it 2-3 times.
All in all, will never come back here. It's lame. Crap service and food.
