I love coming here to get my nails done. He does an amazing job when the does them. I always get compliments and I'm asked where I get my nails done. I tell them where but I am very hesitate to refer them here. Reason being is--- there are only two people who are available to do your nails. I have waited for two hours before; I've only waited because I didn't have any plans for the afternoon. So with that being said, why should I refer someone to a nail shop if the wait time is more then 15 mins? If I'm going to refer someone to a business, I would like for their experience to be amazing and like them to return to the business as a client. To me, customer service is huge. If a business can provide quality customer service, I am a loyal customer.
Again, I love my nails when they are done here and I get plenty of compliments but the only down fall is the wait time to get your nails done.
