We have been following Marcus around the city for the past couple of years stuffing ourselves with his macarons and super creamy ice cream. Marcus is an amazing guy with a great team who produces super tasty treats using local ingredients. It's awesome to see that he opened up his own microcreamery. This shop is open and bright and has some indoor/outdoor seating for you to enjoy your ice cream.
Some of my favourites include his raspberry cardamon (i like this a lot better than the Village cardamon ice cream), the seasonal burnt honey rosemary, and seasonal pistachio strawberry. The soft serve is also yummy. Definitely give it a try and buy a couple jars to take home for your friends/family!
