They're awful. It's impossible to talk to a human, you're forced to leave a voicemail. My husband called for a week (monday, wednesday, thursday, friday) about his medication and NEVER received a call back And, if a miracle happens and you do get a call back, you can't talk to the person who treats you, only their assistant. We arrived at 7:50am for an 8:00am appointment and were forced to stand in the hall until the office door was opened at 8:00. Ridiculous! We won't be going back there.
