very happy to see that when I went to make this review, I noticed that Doctor Khayami doesn't really need it. He already has 100% 5 stars, and he well deserves them. But maybe I can offer something that the other reviewers haven't said. In 2004 I was very fortunate to be seen by a professional Olympic Chiropractor, the official Chiropractor of the USA Olympic team, in Chicago. This guy put a hot electric blanket on me and an electrical stim machine for about 10 minutes before he tried to adjust or stretch anything. And this makes sense- you must warm up the muscles and joints before you attempt to adjust them. Sadly- no other chiropractor I have ever gone to since then has done this. They always talk a little and then try to crack something then you are on your way out. I thought this was what they all do- until I met Doctor Khayami at Better Health Solutions. Doctor Khayami also uses the hot blanket and stim before adjustments. I told him my story and explained he was the only other doctor taking this little bit of extra time. He said "But this is what I must do." Yes, it is, but no one else does it. So now I have found the only other chiropractor in the valley who takes that extra 10 minutes to warm you up properly before adjusting you. I highly recommend him.
