Poor customer service. I was assisted by someone name victoria with blonde hair. She was very snotty, she told me she will not bow down to me. She was very aggressive with her tone of voice. She told me I was not able to get something done that I have gotten done several times before. She must be a new employee because I have been coming to this store for years and I've never been so unsatisfied in my life. I will not be returning due to your snotty employee. I was also calmed by someone name Carlene she was very nice and took my order in but victoria needs to be fired immediately. I thought the customer was always suppose to be right and in the case I was and victoria continued to dishonor what I was explaining to her. Once again very rude and hated the customer experience!!
