I don't speak car, which means every time I walk into a car repair shop, there's a neon sign above my head that reads, "I won't know you're ripping me off." I have no doubt the guys at Speedy saw this blinking neon but they looked the other way and did the right thing, the honest thing.
The muffler on my trusty Ford Escape had disconnected from the exhaust pipe due to some rusty bolts, so I begrudgingly searched the Internet for repair shops nearby. I dropped my car off here at 8am on a Thursday, Steve called with an estimate of a mere $65 by 12:30pm and by 1pm it was ready for pick-up. I talked to the guy at the counter about the good reviews I'd read on them. He spoke of the appreciation they have for their customers and desire to do right by 'em. My automobile Grinch heart grew five sizes bigger that day.
These guys are a rare find and I'll definitely be back...but hopefully not too soon.
