I saw the reviews from some not so happy customers and was prepared for the good, the bad, and the ugly. My experience was great and pleasant. Service check in was quick yet informative. The customer waiting area was stocked with snacks and goodies and everyone I encountered was eager to help and friendly. Even the shuttle driver was great. No complaints from this first-timer. Looking forward to returning.
